Job Description:
- Should be well versed with companys law compliances
- Ensuring the security of the companys legal documents including for example the Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Adept in drafting of agreements Contracts Deed to ensure compliance
- To ensure that we have the right approvals internal Legal and Regulatory for the new initiatives that are envisaged by the business units.
- To ensure the secretarial across divisions and of other Group Company
- To coordinate and work closely with the concerned departments in drafting and validating the legal contracts proposed to be entered by the Company.

- Proficiency in email communication
- Must be confident patient and proactive. Should be a team player
- Experience: Minimum experience 1 years
- Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of stock broking compliances
