Job Description
Our client a toptier services company headquartered in the National Capital Region (NCR) of India is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead their technology strategy and operations. Known for their innovative solutions and commitment to excellence they are looking for a strategic leader to drive digital transformation and leverage technology to enhance business performance.
The Role: Chief Information Officer
As the CIO you will be a key member of the executive team responsible for developing and executing the companys technology strategy. You will lead the IT department drive innovation and ensure that technology initiatives align with and support the companys business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the companys business goals and enhances its competitive advantage
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization
- Oversee the development implementation and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure
- Ensure the security integrity and availability of all IT systems and data
- Manage the IT budget and resources optimizing costs while delivering value
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends evaluating their potential impact on the business
- Collaborate with other Clevel executives to align IT strategies with overall business strategies
- Lead and mentor the IT team fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners and vendors
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Drive datadriven decisionmaking across the organization through effective use of analytics and business intelligence tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles with at least 5 years in a senior executive position
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in a largescale services environment
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT landscape and global technology trends
- Experience in managing large complex IT projects and budgets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity data privacy and regulatory compliance
- Experience with cloud computing AI/ML big data analytics and other emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in a multinational or global business environment
