About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Talent Management Manager Responsible for providing projectfit freelance talents for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Providing the suitable freelance talents for the assigned projects through:
- Finding suitable resources internally from our database through checking the availability of the required resources matching the project requirements then connecting the resource to the project manager.
- Finding suitable resources externally from external portals by searching for resources (talents) in freelance websites (Upwork American translation association . etc.) according to project details coordinating for the assessment rate registration and connecting the resource to the project manager.
Support the freelance talents and update their status:
- Guide and support freelance talents ( how to access profile receive and upload the translated files and how to submit his invoice etc.)
- Update freelancers profiles
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Translation Linguistic studies or Human Resources.
- Recruitment certificates/courses (a plus).
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Ability to multitask set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Problemsolving mindset and detailoriented.
- Customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills to manage customer issues build relationships and cooperate with customers.
