Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities
- Design develop and test RPA solutions using RPA software and programming languages
- Implement process automation workflows and troubleshoot any issues or errors
- Optimize RPA solutions for maximum efficiency and performance
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Create technical documentation and provide training to endusers
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and processes
- Support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of RPA solutions
- Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in RPA implementations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in RPA development and implementation
- Certifications in RPA tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java C# Python or VB.NET
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent understanding of business processes and automation opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with process analysis redesign and optimization
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with ERP systems and databases
- Understanding of security best practices in RPA implementations
- Experience in providing technical support and training
