In this role youll ensure the relevance accuracy and quality of assessments and interviews working closely with teams to create a seamless effective hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate assessment questions to ensure they accurately measure the right skills.
- Ensure smooth flow and timing of assessments reviewing for feasibility and accuracy.
- Audit interviews to verify correct grading adaptive configurations plagiarism checks and overall scoring accuracy.
- Conduct randomised interview reviews across different performance brackets.
- Provide insights on salary ranges based on candidate performance and market understanding.
- Collaborate on improving interview design and creating problem statements for assessments.
