Types of procedures required. Patient education patient head to toe assessment including vital signs breath sounds skin/wound assessments dressing changes wound care Wound Vac PICC line care lab draws foley catheter changes ostomies medication reconciliation and education Epic documentation communication with providers and care team. Patient interdisciplinary care coordination including providers therapy staff social work wound centers and infusions as appropriate.

Shift or schedule requirements.
Clinician sees patients independently. Are expected to see an average of 5 patients per day and complete documentation appropriately. Hours are 8:00 am 4:30 pm. Monday Friday. There may be some variation due to patient needs.
On call weeknights and weekends on a rotation basis. It is work every 4th weekend regular day shift.
