This is a remote position.

About the Company:

Video SDK is a fastgrowing technology company specializing in videoconferencing integration solutions. We are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers by optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic.


As the Head of Growth you will be responsible for leading and executing our growth strategy. This will include working with our marketing team to create and execute acquisition campaigns working with our product team to optimize conversion rates and activation/retention and working with our business development team to identify and pursue new partnerships.


Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop implement and optimize a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across Google Ads Facebook Ads and other relevant platforms.

  • Oversee the management of an annual ad budget ensuring effective allocation and maximizing ROI.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance leveraging data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategy.

  1. HandsOn Campaign Management:

  • Lead by example with handson management of key Google Ads Linkedin Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns etc .

  • Utilize advanced techniques for keyword research ad copywriting audience targeting bid management and performance tracking.

  • Experiment with new channels and innovative approaches to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.

  1. Team Building & Management:

  • Build mentor and lead a highperforming team of digital marketing specialists.

  • Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment ensuring the team meets and exceeds KPIs.

  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

  1. Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including creative content product and analytics to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

  • Communicate campaign performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

  1. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Set up and maintain a robust system for tracking measuring and reporting on all performance marketing activities.

  • Regularly report on KPIs providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing growth initiatives

  • Proven experience in Saas or Cloud based company.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing highperforming teams.

  • Advanced analytical skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and ROI analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management skills


Preferred Skills:


  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools CRM platforms and advanced analytics tools.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • A proactive resultsdriven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in the digital marketing space.
