Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to produce highquality documentation tutorials blog posts and other technical content that will help developers understand and utilize Video SDK s products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of software development and realtime communication technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write edit and publish comprehensive technical documentation including API documentation user guides integration tutorials and FAQs.
Educational Resources: Develop clear and concise educational materials such as stepbystep tutorials video scripts and technical blog posts to help users get the most out of Video SDK s products.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to define content needs and develop a content strategy that aligns with product launches and updates.
Community Engagement: Engage with the developer community through forums social media and webinars to understand their needs and gather feedback on documentation and tutorials.
SEO and Marketing: Optimize content for search engines and contribute to marketing efforts by creating compelling content that highlights the benefits and features of Video SDK.
Quality Assurance: Review and edit content created by other team members or freelancers to ensure consistency accuracy and clarity.
Staying Updated: Keep uptodate with the latest trends in realtime communication technology and incorporate relevant insights into the content.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Technical Writing or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Proven experience as a technical writer with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with software development processes and experience with programming languages such as JavaScript Python or others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
Experience with documentation tools (e.g. Markdown Javadoc) content management systems and basic HTML/CSS.
Understanding of SEO best practices and experience in applying them to technical content.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Experience with video audio and realtime communication technologies.
Previous work experience in a developerfocused company or a SaaS environment.
