Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business in the affordable housing segment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a deep understanding of home loan/LAP products and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets for Home Loans and LAP.
- Team Leadership: Lead motivate and manage a sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients builders brokers and financial intermediaries.
- Customer Engagement: Provide consultative support to customers ensuring a seamless loan process and positive customer experience.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends competitor offerings and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Crossfunctional Coordination: Work closely with credit operations and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5 years in sales with 23 years in a leadership role in home loan/LAP sales (preferably in affordable housing).
- Skills: Strong leadership communication negotiation and analytical skills. Indepth knowledge of home loan/LAP products and market dynamics.
