Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor network systems servers and applications for alerts.
Provide L1 support for network hardware and software issues.
Respond to service desk tickets calls and emails for troubleshooting.
Escalate unresolved issues to higherlevel support teams.
Document incidents and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
Conduct system health checks to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain network configurations backups and security protocols.
Support internal users and external clients remotely.
Prepare MIS and reports for presentations if required.
Required Skills:
Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT Computer Science or related field.
Basic knowledge of networking Windows/Linux and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory):
Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios Zabbix).
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira).
Basic knowledge of network devices such as routers switches and firewalls.
