Job Summary:
We are hiring Firewall Implementation & Support Engineers to work closely with enterprise
clients on the implementation configuration and troubleshooting of firewall solutions. This
role involves onfield work to ensure seamless setup and security enhancements at client
sites. Experience in endpoint encryption and antivirus solutions is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure firewall solutions (e.g. Fortinet Palo Alto and Sophos) at
client sites based on the scope of work and client requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot firewall issues recommending optimal security solutions
to protect systems and servers from potential threats.
• Provide onsite and remote support to clients for firewall and endpoint encryption
setup and maintenance.
• Escalate complex cases to the technical team when advanced support is required.
• Work with endpoint encryption solutions and configurations to manage encryption
policies and troubleshoot encryptionrelated issues.
• Manage enterprise antivirus solutions (e.g. McAfee) including server installation
agent package creation and DLP policy management.
• Document implementation steps troubleshooting procedures and resolutions for
internal knowledge sharing and client reference.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science IT Electronics or a related field or equivalent
experience.
• Proficiency in firewall technologies especially Fortinet Palo Alto and Sophos.
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting McAfee antivirus software in an
enterprise environment.
• Understanding of firewall configurations VPNs encryption protocols and endpoint
protection policies.
• Problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex security issues
effectively.
• Relevant certifications in firewall technologies or security are advantageous.
