ML Engineer

NIQ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an ML Engineer at NIQ you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced AI/GenAI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to design build and deploy scalable AI/GenAI solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement AI/GenAI models and algorithms using Python. programming language jointly with knowledge about PyTorch/Tensorflow Pandas sklearn and similar AI/GenAI libraries. 
• Utilize ML fundamentals to solve realworld problems. This inclused deep learning optimization techniques Natural Language Processing (NLP) Large Language Models (LLMs) or Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). 
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to gather requirements perform data analysis and develop endtoend ML pipelines. 
• Conduct experiments and perform model evaluation to ensure the robustness scalability and accuracy of AI/GenAI solutions. 
• Optimize and finetune AI/GenAI models for performance and efficiency. 
• Collaborate with cloud computing teams to deploy AI/GenAI models on cloud platforms preferably Azure. 
• Utilize SQL for data Extraction Transformation and Loading (ETL) processes. 
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/GenAI. 

Qualifications :

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related field. 
• Proven experience 3 years working as a ML Engineer or similar role. 
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language. 
• Indepth knowledge of ML fundamentals including deep learning optimization techniques generative AI NLP LLMs and RAG. 
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (knowledge of Azure is a plus). 
• Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and analysis. 
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
