Job Description:
As the Head of Portfolio Operations you will lead the operational management of Augmentjobs portfolio companies. This role involves overseeing operational performance implementing best practices and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with investment teams portfolio company leadership and other stakeholders to drive efficiencies optimize processes and enhance overall portfolio value. Your leadership will also play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for operational improvement and scaling portfolio businesses.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee operations across a broad portfolio of companies ensuring alignment with Augmentjobs strategic objectives.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance scalability and value creation.
Work with investment teams to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions for optimization.
Engage with portfolio company leadership to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
Develop processes and best practices that can be applied across portfolio companies to maximize efficiency.
Conduct operational due diligence on new investments providing insights into risks and opportunities.
Manage crossfunctional teams including finance operations and HR to support portfolio companies in achieving growth targets.
Serve as a key liaison between Augmentjobs leadership team and portfolio companies.
