Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Registered Nurse Hospice/Case Manager. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Urbandale IA 50322
Assignment Start Date: 11/20/2024
13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours per week guaranteed

Experience:
- Hospice experience is required
- MAY HAVE SOME HANDSON PATIENT CARE DURING CASE MANAGEMENT VISITS
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Must have current and unencumbered IA State RN license is required
- A valid drivers license own vehicle and vehicle insurance are required(will be reimbursed for mileage at $0.62.2 per mile) is also required
EMR System: knowledge/experience preferred
Shift: Days Hours 8a4:30 pm MF with optional call/weekends
