- Prepare consolidated financial statements for quarterly announcement and financial statutory reporting in compliance with Bursa Listing Requirements MFRS & Companies Act 2016
- Compile and prepare quarterly report and Board paper for Audit Committee and Board of Directors meeting
- Assist the preparation of Annual Report
- Liaising with auditors bankers solicitors company secretary and tax agents about finance accounts secretarial and tax matters
- Review of routine management information including financial accounts and budget.
- Manage group cash flow
- Managing accounting information system
- Managing the Group Treasury Function with superior.
- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Professional Qualification in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in Construction Property Development division or Audit
- Resourceful and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
