Understand the company s policy on work shifts guest s possessions and privacy issues
Provide basic housekeeping duties including restocking cleaning and pantry supplies vacuuming dusting and rearranging tables and chairs.
Report and return any properties found while rendering service
Report cases of property damage to supervisor
Work with a team on each shift
Clean disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests
Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning and pantry supplies
Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills and replenishment of stocks
Collect and remove trash and debris
Report turn in and log all lost and found items
Clean upholstered furniture
Perform detailed deep cleans when required
Responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork and positive client/tenant/coworker relations
Be able to take direction and follow instructions
Must be safety conscious
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion
24 hour availability for emergencies and as part of an oncall rotation.
Willingness to work overtime on special projects as required.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new jobrelated software
Have working knowledge of tools and their proper use
