Job Description
Mechanic Refrigeration / RSCS a comprehensive Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company with operations across 10 states and over 25 years in the business is currently seeking LowTemperature Refrigeration Service Technicians. MRC / RSCS is dedicated to fostering a strong team environment and is looking for technicians who are collaborative take pleasure in working on diverse lowtemperature refrigeration and HVACR systems and thrive within a supportive team ecosystem.
Requirements
This position involves field service for an established customer base and may require travel to nearby areas. It is not an entrylevel role and necessitates 35 years of experience in Commercial Freon Refrigeration Service. Experience with Grocery Store/Rack Refrigeration and Commercial HVAC is advantageous.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to think swiftly and solve problems efficiently. They must also have a thorough understanding of the refrigeration cycle electricity and controls and take pleasure in servicing diverse equipment in various facilities.
This position requires someone who has the knowledge skillset and tools to walk into any clients facility and has the confidence to troubleshoot and repair equipment when the facility operators cannot and are skilled in startup of refrigeration systems.
Also must be dependable handson selfmotivated a selfstarter well organized and detail oriented willing to travel and be on call in a rotation. Clean driving record required.History of DUI need not apply.
