Location: Remote with some limited travel to Dallas TX area

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overview:
We are seeking an SAP PEO Specialist with a strong technofunctional background to support our Production Engineering Operations and Change Management needs. This role is essential for managing complex manufacturing processes within the SAP S4 Manufacturing for PEO solution specifically focusing on highquality highly engineered product manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure maintain and optimize SAP S4 Manufacturing for PEO to model complex production processes ensure execution accuracy and capture detailed production data.
- Configure settings for complex assembly to prepare for Production Engineering Planning and Operation.
- Develop and manage detailed instructions for production operators and conduct change impact analyses to assess and manage engineering updates.
- Support production operators by managing a userfriendly shop floor interface and assisting with troubleshooting and process adjustments.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure efficient manufacturing execution focusing on process improvement and best practices.
Requirements:
- Technofunctional expertise in SAP PEO with experience in both technical configuration and functional process understanding.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing execution and production operations.
