Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Equity Capital Markets Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in executing capital raising transactions and providing strategic advisory services to our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in the financial services industry and develop a deep understanding of equity markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior team members in the execution of equity capital raising transactions including initial public offerings (IPOs) followon offerings and private placements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction structures pricing strategies and valuation assessments.
  • Prepare presentation materials and financial documents for client meetings roadshows and investor presentations.
  • Perform industry and market research to identify trends competitive landscape and potential investors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as legal compliance and investment banking to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Monitor and analyze market conditions regulatory changes and industry developments impacting equity capital markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality of work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
  • Prior internship or work experience in investment banking equity research or capital markets is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial databases (Bloomberg FactSet etc.) is a plus.
