Role: ORACLE BRM SENIOR DEVELOPER (Support)
Exp: 12yrs
Max Bill Rate: $7580/hr
Location: Miami FL preferred or Dallas TX (eventually onsite daily; upfront 23 x in office a week)
OT 15 hrs per week

Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) 24x7 Support Engineer key responsibilities:
1. **RoundtheClock Monitoring**: Continuously monitor the BRM system to detect and address issues promptly ensuring minimal downtime
2. **Incident Management**: Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels providing timely updates to stakeholders
3. **System Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching upgrades and performance tuning to keep the system running smoothly
4. **Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues working closely with other IT teams and vendors as needed
5. **Data Integrity and Security**: Ensure the integrity and security of customer data implementing necessary measures to protect against data breaches and loss
6. **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of incidents resolutions system configurations and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
7. **User Support and Training**: Provide support and training to endusers helping them navigate and utilize the BRM system effectively
8. **Performance Monitoring and Optimization**: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability
9. **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare regular reports on system performance and incidents
10. **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to implement new features enhancements and integrations

Full Time
