As a Senior EVM Blockchain Developer you will lead the design development and optimization of a highperformance blockchain using the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). This role demands expertise in EVM architecture smart contract engineering consensus mechanisms and interoperability. You will tackle complex technical challenges to build scalable secure and modular blockchain ecosystems that advance Web3 innovation.

Responsibilities
Lead the architecture design and development of advanced blockchain applications and smart contracts within the EVM framework.
Drive technical strategy and decisions ensuring systems are highly modular scalable and secure.
Design and implement crosschain communication protocols and interoperability features.
Stay ahead of Ethereum ecosystem advancements integrating cuttingedge features like Layer2 scaling solutions and new EIPs (Ethereum Improvement Proposals).
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges in highthroughput blockchain environments.
Mentor and guide other developers fostering technical excellence across the team.
MustHave
3 years of blockchain development experience with a proven track record of delivering productiongrade solutions.
2 years of experience in EVM development and Solidity programming.
Solid understanding of EVM internals including gas optimization transaction execution and state management.
Proficiency in designing and deploying smart contracts for complex use cases like DeFi NFTs and DAOs.
Solid understanding of cryptographic algorithms and consensus mechanisms (e.g. PoW PoS or PoA).
Strong understanding of scalability fault tolerance and highperformance systems design.
NicetoHave
Experience with Layer2 solutions (e.g. Optimistic Rollups zkRollups) and integrating with Layer1 Ethereum.
Expertise in designing blockchain ecosystems integrated with AI or advanced data systems.
Extensive knowledge of DeFi SocialFi or DAO architectures.
Experience with Kubernetes Docker and CI/CD pipelines for blockchain deployments.
Familiarity with ZeroKnowledge Proofs (ZKPs) and other advanced cryptographic techniques.
