Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Welder performs various welding activities within the fabrication shop ensuring that all fabricated items meet the required specifications and quality standards.
This role requires high technical skills attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
We are looking for a fabricator a highly skilled welder who can make showroom quality products.
Perform welding tasks based on project specifications using appropriate welding techniques (e.g. MIG Stick etc.).
Interpret blueprints and drawings to understand the welding requirements.
Ensure welds meet quality standards and are conducted according to safety regulations.
Fabrication Support:
Assist in the fabrication of various metal structures and components
Inspect finished welds to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and report malfunctions
