Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with design systems in larger corporate settings bringing a wealth of knowledge in creating intuitive and impactful user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of usercentered design principles and the ability to adapt and innovate within established brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine UX/UI design systems that align with corporate standards and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with product teams to design and implement userfriendly digital experiences.
- Lead UX/UI projects including conducting user research creating wireframes and designing highfidelity prototypes.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
- Mentor junior designers sharing knowledge and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Stay uptodate with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design specifically in a larger agency environment or clientside within a large corporate environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design and success in using design systems.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma and InVision.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a strong userfocused orientation.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
