Job Title: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all culinary operations at Hunt Valley Country Club ensuring the highest standards of food quality presentation and safety.
- Lead mentor and manage the kitchen team ensuring effective training and development of all staff.
- Manage daily kitchen activities including food preparation menu planning and ordering of supplies.
- Ensure the kitchen operates within budget controlling food costs labor and other operational expenses.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness health and safety standards ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal and special event menus tailored to the needs and preferences of members and guests.
- Foster a positive collaborative work environment to ensure team members feel valued and supported.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar senior culinary management role.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations including food safety inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to create innovative highquality menus and maintain consistent food standards.
- A passion for providing exceptional culinary experiences and excellent guest service.
