About this role......
- Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment on/offboarding arrangements benefits administration leave records administration etc.
- Maintaining staff data on HRIS accurately in a timely manner
- Assist in office administration / facility duties including but not limited to manage vendor invoicing office utilities ordering
- Support in organising company events and activities
- Support adhoc P&C / office administration projects
You might fit for the role if you have......
- Degree in business administration or related discipline with 12 years working experience preferably in HR field
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legistlations
- Independent able to multitasking detailminded proactive with cando attitude
- Proficient in MS Application
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
