  • Job Description:
    CreditXpert is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee and ensure the success of Lender accounts. The role bridges the gap between sales and product support with the goal of fostering longterm client retention increasing platform adoption and driving utilization. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients offering proactive solutions to customer issues conducting business review meetings and handling escalated client concerns. The position is a key part of the client lifecycle ensuring engagement and satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage onboarding for new clients ensuring success in initial setup and adoption.
    • Develop strong client relationships to understand their business needs and offer solutions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for successful training onboarding and ongoing client success.
    • Monitor client activity usage and satisfaction offering solutions to prevent issues before they arise.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure platform utilization.
    • Handle escalated client issues and work with internal teams to resolve them.
    • Facilitate the client renewal process and ensure continued engagement with the platform.
    • Attend industry events trade shows and customer meetings as the internal expert on the platform.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience in Client Success for a SaaS product.
    • Proven track record in onboarding growing and renewing client accounts.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS products with experience in the mortgage credit industry being a plus.
    • Bachelors degree preferred.
    • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
    • Ability to travel (25% of the time) for industry events.
