Job Description
Duration: 6 months with a possibility for extension
Location: Chicago IL (Hybrid work format)
Interview Process: Two rounds of video interviews
Requirements:
1. Local candidate from Illinois
2. Proof of US citizenship Green Card Green Card/H4 EAD
3. Last 4 digits of Social Security Number Local Address Proof Drivers License Visa
Preferred Skills/Certifications:
1. .NET and AWS stack experience
2. Developer experience
3. Knowledge/expertise in airline Passenger Service System (PSS) systems functionality and industry standards
Portfolio Requirement: Sample detailed requirements documents story samples or process/workflow samples (anonymized/redacted for proprietary purposes)
Top Five Skills:
1. Experience in writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodology
2. Understanding and experience with sequence diagrams data models and technical architecture
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Azure DevOps (ADO)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings with key stakeholders
5. Ability to multitask across multiple project topics and maintain high standards of documentation and attention to detail.
Project Details:
The project involves the transformation and modernization of the companys Passenger Service System (PSS).
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and documenting technical product requirements and acceptance criteria and ensuring alignment between business and development teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading meetings to document process flows user stories and acceptance criteria
2. Conducting process modeling and analysis (business and technical)
3. Translating data models into user stories and acceptance criteria
4. Identifying and documenting gaps in requirements
5. Preparing other technical documentation as needed
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
2. Five or more years of IT experience or any equivalent combination of experience education and/or training
3. Experience in Agile methodology
4. Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) or equivalent tools
5. Excellent technical documentation skills and attention to detail
6. Reliable and punctual attendance.
