Join our team as a Business Analyst!
In this role you will bridge the gap between the business and delivery teams empowering change and innovation. Your expertise in gathering clarifying and translating business requirements will drive impactful project implementation software development and platform configuration.
We hope you consider applying if you:
- Have experience in managing large software projects focused on modernizing legacy systems.
- Possess proficient knowledge of various software development lifecycles and project delivery processes (e.g. agile waterfall).
- Excel at eliciting documenting and validating business and technical requirements using case diagrams user stories or process flows.
- Are proficient in using platforms like Jira and Azure.
- Have a good knowledge of core insurance concepts and principles.
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical requirements to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Have a fouryear degree in a relevant field of study such as such as Business Information Technology Mathematics & Applied Science or defined equivalency.
- Are a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or have other industryrecognized designation/certification.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in business analysis.
