Job Description:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems ensuring that all information is uptodate and readily accessible. This role requires a keen eye for detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Input and update data in our databases with high accuracy.
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Maintain organized records and files ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Assist in generating reports as needed.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc.) and data entry software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
