Job Title Customer Engineer
Duration 03 Months Contract to hire
LocationVineland NJ United States 08360
Pay Rate 33 $/hr on W2 only
Shift time 1st
Summary
  • Primary Duties Work with client onsite engineers to provide end user support.
  • The support will consist with swapping of bad equipment troubleshooting connectivity issues managing ticket queue for end user tickets.
  • The manager is looking for a resource with technical and IT background positive attitude organizational and communication skills.
  • There is Minimal lifting (moving PCs Monitors small thermal printers).
  • Temp will be required to walk within the building to where the problem device/ ticket requires.
  • Warehouse size is approximately 33k square feet.
  • Number of tickets varies by day. Temp Employee will share Tech Room with existing onsite engineers.
  • No proof of vaccine or mask required just exercise social distancing when possible. Business Casual. (No caps sandals short Shirts with Graphics)

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon to Fri)
