Position: .NET Architect with WPF Expertise
Location: Manikonda Hyderabad only. No other locations.
Experience: 13 15 years
Notice: Immediate 30 days (Official on Paper) only.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced .NET BackEnd Architect with strong WPF expertise to join our team. In this role you will design implement and oversee robust scalable backend architectures while creating highperformance visually engaging desktop applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). Your expertise in both the backend and frontend will play a crucial role in building sophisticated highquality software solutions that meet our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with .NET technologies WPF MVVM and UI/UX best practices as well as a strong foundation in architectural principles and design patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable and highperformance backend architectures using .NET technologies.
Define and enforce coding standards architecture patterns and best practices for backend development.
Collaborate with frontend developers UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between backend systems and user interfaces.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and tools that enhance backend development processes and application performance.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation including design specifications API documentation and system diagrams.
Oversee code reviews provide feedback and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and quality standards.
Optimize backend systems for performance scalability and security including database design and management.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to drive the evolution of our backend systems.
Develop scalable and secure backend architectures using the .NET framework.
Drive decisions on backend architecture cloud strategies microservices and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure the architecture aligns with business needs and technical standards.
Utilize WPF to build sophisticated responsive and highperformance desktop applications.
Design and implement MVVM architecture for WPF applications ensuring code maintainability and modularity.
Create custom controls templates and animations in WPF for a rich user experience.
Ensure optimal performance scalability and responsiveness of both backend and WPF applications.
Led and mentored development teams guiding best practices in .NET and WPF.
Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to development standards.
Collaborate with QA DevOps and other teams to streamline the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 5 years as a .Net architect with at least 2 endtoend project architecture and implementation.
- Should have managed a development team of a minimum of 8 developers for 3 years.
- Strong experience in C# .Net (4.8) .Net Core (6) MVC Web API Minimal API EF EF Core LINQ unit testing
- Experience in defining solutions defining architectures OOAD DDD lowlevel system design and common design patterns (builder facade adapter strategy factory prototype etc).
- Deep understanding of WPF MVVM XAML data binding and custom control development.
- Experience with SQL Server database design and data access optimization.
- Strong experience in Microservices various Microservices patterns (BFF Circuit breaker Saga API Gateway service discovery etc) service interactions (gRPC) etc
- Strong experience in SQL (preferably SQL Server) performance optimization
- Experience in implementing security as a part of the solution including OAuth IDP JWT tokens API Keys bespoke authentication etc
- Exposure to networking proposing logical and physical infrastructure components infrastructure sizing load balancing etc
- Experienced in any GraphQL product (like Hasura Apollo Hot Chocolate Strawberry Shake etc)
- Exposure to messaging systems preferably in Kafka but can be in MSMQ or RabbitMQ etc
- Exposure to Docker and any orchestration technology like Kubernetes
- Desirable to have US onsite experience.
- Excellent communication skills customer engagement skills team management skills negotiation skills (for feature and options negotiations) etc
- Strong process orientation especially in Scrum.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. CI/CD pipelines automated testing).
Knowledge of modern architectural patterns (e.g. DomainDriven Design CQRS).
Familiarity with frontend technologies and integration with backend systems.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
