Job Description:
As an Investment Banking Analyst at Augmentjobs you will be a critical member of our team supporting senior analysts and associates in delivering insightful financial and strategic advice to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include financial modeling industry research and supporting transactions particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) equity offerings and debt financing. You will play a vital role in preparing pitch materials performing valuations and executing complex transactions. This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid understanding of financial principles keen analytical skills and a meticulous approach to work who seeks to develop expertise in investment banking.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. CFA MBA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience Level:
03 years of relevant experience in investment banking finance or a related field.
Salary Range:
$80000 to $120000 annually.
