Have a teaching mentality
Great attitude towards people and customer
Research and mentoring qualities and skill set
Customer Service oriented
Excellent phone and communication skills
Multitasking capabilities
Managerial skill set for future growth
Clean criminal background (no felonies)
Professional training provided
Ability to lead and communicate with customers and co workers
Please note this is a nonsmoking office
Job duties:
Assist in all aspects of the business to customer service maintain culture success and accountability. Build and maintain customer relationships. Ability to learn new technology and software. Construction industry or HVAC experience a plus but not required.
