23 years of experience in IT support system administration or a similar role ideally within the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) especially OPERA Cloud as well as network and server management and guest service technologies.
A forwardthinking mindset with the ability to identify and recommend technological improvements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff assist guests and liaise with vendors.
A detailoriented and solutiondriven approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
