General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyzing data: Collecting and evaluating relevant data to support project decisions and design considerations.
- Contribute to Team Collaboration Fresh graduates are part of a team environment and should actively collaborate with other engineers technicians and stakeholders to achieve project goals. They should be effective communicators and contribute positively to teamwork.
- Prepare technical documents: Drafting reports specifications and other technical documentation to communicate project details and findings.
- Adhere to Safety Regulations Fresh graduates must prioritize safety in all aspects of their work adhering to company safety policies and procedures to protect themselves and others.
- Contribute research and testing Performing research and conducting experiments to validate design concepts and ensure project feasibility.
Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited university.
- Experience required will be up to 2 years.
- Principles of engineering design and analysis
- Engineering mathematics including calculus differential equations and linear algebra
- Engineering science including physics chemistry and materials science
- Engineering software tools such as CAD (computeraided design) and CAM (computeraided manufacturing).
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Policies Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
