The purpose of this position is to oversee and enhance construction skill development programs, coordinate ship block division drawings, and drive efficient and accurate construction processes. By focusing on construction skill management, ship block division drawings, and construction technology, the Block Division and Construction Skill Manager contributes to the overall success of shipbuilding projects by ensuring skilled construction teams and optimized construction processes.
