Job Description

- Min 10 yrs of experience; must have the last 5 years of contracting experience in KSA
- Bsc/Btech or higher degree in ‘Architectural’ or ‘Civil’ Engineering
- Familiarity with procurement e-solutions / ERP systems.

- Stated/listed experience in large scale buildings' tenders (Residential/Commercial/High-Rise/D& B/EPC)

- Highly experienced in Office Suite

- High communication/interfacing and negotiation skills

- High analytical skills in proposals evaluation.
