Key Responsibilities
As an IT Analyst you will:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Analyze design and implement IT systems to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
Monitor troubleshoot and resolve IT system issues ensuring minimal disruption to workflows.
Manage and document system configurations workflows and updates to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance our technological capabilities.
Conduct training sessions to empower team members with IT knowledge and tools.
Partner with cybersecurity teams to safeguard company data and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in IT analysis system design or related roles.
Proficiency in tools such as SQL ERP systems and data visualization software.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.
A proactive mindset and a knack for innovation.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with cloudbased platforms and remote collaboration tools.
Experience with cybersecurity protocols and practices.
Certification in ITIL CompTIA or similar credentials is a plus.
