Audio Visuals Engineer

We are currently seeking an Audio Visuals Engineer to join our team on a fulltime 1year contract.
Job Overview:
As an Audio Visuals Engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining audiovisual systems for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers and clients to understand their needs and provide them with customized solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve setting up and testing audiovisual equipment troubleshooting technical issues and providing support during events and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement audiovisual systems for our clients including sound systems video conferencing equipment and projection systems
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
- Set up and test audiovisual equipment ensuring it is functioning properly and meets client requirements
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Provide onsite support during events and presentations ensuring all audiovisual equipment is working smoothly
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to audiovisual systems as needed
- Keep uptodate with the latest audiovisual technology and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes
- Document all audiovisual equipment and systems including configurations and troubleshooting procedures
- Adhere to company safety standards and protocols at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Audio Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in audiovisual engineering preferably in a corporate or event setting
- Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment and systems including sound systems video conferencing equipment and projection systems
- Proficiency in audio and video editing software
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
