As our Food & Beverage Manager you will wear many hats: from crafting mouthwatering menus to leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence. Your mission To elevate our food and beverage operations to new heights! You will collaborate closely with our talented culinary and service teams manage budgets and keep inventory in check all while maintaining our high standards of quality and service.

What is required:
- Lead the Charge: Plan direct and coordinate all food and beverage activities to ensure a seamless operation.
- Drive Success: Maintain restaurant revenue and profitability while upholding topnotch quality standards.
- Manage with Flair: Oversee daily operations of the F&B department ensuring compliance with concepts and standards.
- Cost Control Guru: Organize daily restaurant operations with an eye on cost control while providing an exceptional experience.
Minimum requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent; an accommodation certificate or hotel school diploma is a plus!
- Experience: 35 years in a similar role within a 4/5star hotel environment.
- F&B Savvy: Familiarity with all duties and procedures in the F&B department is essential.
- TechSavvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Email) is a must; experience with Opera is a bonus!
