Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and a passion for delivering highquality work. This is a fulltime position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Install maintain and repair residential HVAC systems including air conditioning heating and ventilation
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
Communicate with clients to explain repairs and provide recommendations for future maintenance
Keep accurate records of all work performed including materials used and time spent
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites
Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
EPA certification preferred
