Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager F&B to oversee our multiple locations in Cairo Egypt. The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all our food and beverage outlets maintaining high standards of quality and service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the designated area ensuring compliance with company standards and policies
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Develop and implement business plans and budgets for the area in line with company objectives
- Hire train and manage a team of managers and staff providing guidance support and performance evaluations
- Ensure all outlets are adequately staffed and that employees are trained to provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards and take corrective action as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts for food and beverage purchases
- Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to develop and execute effective campaigns to attract and retain customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments and make recommendations for menu updates and improvements to operations
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of the area and any challenges or opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
