Job Description

Role Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the CMO you will lead business development for a fastgrowing fintech specializing in corporate finance and accounting solutions. With rapid success and a strong B2B client base the company is poised for further growth.

As a motivated professional with a proven track record and industry network you will play a key role in client acquisition and management driving the companys expansion within a small dynamic team.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients primarily accounting firms investment banks and corporate finance consultants.
  • Negotiate and establish partnerships with accounting software providers.
  • Identify client needs propose tailored solutions and ensure high levels of client satisfaction to foster longterm relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of the companys commercial strategy and identify new market opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics propose adjustments and exceed growth objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate finance (e.g. M&A Transaction Services Audit Valuation or Financing).
  • Demonstrated success in business development particularly with accounting firms ideally for a software provider.
  • Strong network or experience with accounting experts and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Resultsoriented mindset adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Impeccable professional ethics and a teamoriented approach.
