About the Role: Team Leader
Were looking for an inspiring Team Leader to join our leadership team and support our amazing group of therapists. Youll be a mix of clinician leader and project creator guiding the team while working alongside them on programs that make a difference.
Heres What Youll Do:
Take on a blend of clinical work team supervision and project leadership.
Partner with other team leaders to develop innovative services and enhance the Pen Plus experience.
Lead and design professional development tackle meaningful projects and get creative with program development.
What Youll Need to Bring:
A professional qualification in Speech Pathology with current SPA registration.
The drive to support a thriving collaborative team.
5 years of clinical experience
Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
A drivers license
