Responsibilities:
Ensure quality and consistency of salsas and food
Work the molino (mill that grinds our corn daily)
Checkin food deliveries & keep a tidy work area
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards

Spanish/English speaker plus plus

Exceptional palette
Proactive problem solver
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand on feet for long periods

23 years experience working prep
