Job Description:
Experience: 2 years experience preferred.
General Responsibilities:
- Prepares and handles food following sanitary regulations established by the Pennsylvania Health Department.
- Estimates quantities of food and time needed for preparation to meet the menu requirements.
- Prepares all food items on the menu following individual therapeutic diet requirements.
- Prepares breakfast lunch and dinner following prep sheet established recipes and direction from the Dining Services Supervisor.
- Serves meals from steam table line.
