Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Finance Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support financial modeling analysis and strategic decisionmaking across various corporate finance functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth in corporate finance with exposure to key business strategies and decisionmaking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for mergers acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management highlighting financial trends and key insights.

  • Analyze financial performance identify key metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Support in due diligence efforts during the evaluation of investment opportunities or acquisitions.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and enhance business performance.

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.

  • 25 years of experience in corporate finance investment banking or financial analysis.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling Excel and financial reporting software.

  • Knowledge of corporate finance concepts financial analysis and investment strategies.

  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions valuations and financial due diligence.

  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
