Job Purpose:
To manage and arrange travel accommodation and restaurant bookings organize company events and design advertisements that reflect the companys identity and enhance its presence in the market.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bookings Coordination:
- Plan and arrange flight hotel and restaurant bookings based on the companys requirements and budget.
- Follow up on confirmations and ensure timely execution of all reservations.
- Handle lastminute changes and rearrange bookings as needed.
- Event Organization:
- Coordinate company events and meetings.
- Prepare schedules and organize resources to ensure the success of events.
- Liaise with suppliers and venues to secure the best deals and services.
- Advertisement Design:
- Create innovative marketing advertisements that meet the companys objectives and reflect its brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging advertising content.
- Ensure all advertisements align with brand standards.
- Reporting and FollowUp:
- Prepare monthly reports on bookings events and related costs.
- Provide suggestions for improving coordination and design processes.
- Communication and Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with service providers to secure favorable deals.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external service providers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Marketing Graphic Design or equivalent).
- Prior experience in event coordination bookings and advertisement design.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with travel booking applications and modern technologies.
