Job Description
Join our structured Mentorship Program tailored to support new veterinarians as they transition from school to a thriving clinical career. This immersive program combines handson skillbuilding with guidance from an experienced mentor while allowing you to handle cases independently. Participants progress with a national cohort providing peer mentorship and a lasting professional network. A fulltime position will be offered at the programs conclusion extending mentorship support.
Who Should Apply
- Recent veterinary graduates passionate about practicing quality medicine while gaining onthejob experience
- New DVMs exploring career paths in both General Practice (GP) and Emergency (ER) medicine
Program Structure:
- Fulltime position with flexible mentorship tracks: 6 months (3 months in GP 3 months in ER) or a focused 3month mentorship in either GP or ER
- Compensation: $115000 base salary plus production incentives
- Benefits: Comprehensive package relocation support and housing stipend during mentorship
About the Team: Our WinstonSalem location offers a collaborative fun and relaxed atmosphere with a team that includes ER doctors and boardcertified specialists. The facility is equipped with advanced diagnostics including MRI CT digital radiographs and endoscopy. Participants work approximately 12 shifts per month balanced for ample time to enjoy life outside work.
