Job Description
This is a remote position.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Technical Assistant to the CEO who will provide highlevel technical and operational support to streamline business processes and enhance organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analytics systems engineering and advanced digital tools.
You will work directly with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives improve systems architecture and contribute to the seamless integration of automation and digital solutions within KD Squares.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Sheets Zoho Analytics and similar tools.
- Generate reports for business performance tracking and decisionmaking.

Systems Engineering & Automation
- Design and implement systems workflows using automation tools like Zapier and HighLevel.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems (Zoho and HighLevel).
- Manage integrations across tools ensuring seamless functionality.
- Design and implement systems workflows using automation tools like Zapier and HighLevel.
Technical Support & Development
- Troubleshoot and enhance technical systems including WordPress and custom web solutions.
- Develop and manage scripts using PHP and JavaScript.
- Oversee website updates security and user experience improvements.

AI & Innovation
- Leverage AI tools to optimize operations improve productivity and enhance service delivery.
- Research and recommend emerging tech solutions relevant to KD Squares mission.

Collaboration & Strategy
- Act as a technical liaison between the CEO and team members.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives led by the CEO.
- Document and refine technical processes for scalability.

- Strong coding skills in PHP and JavaScript.
- Experience managing WordPress websites including plugins and customizations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho and HighLevel.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in business processes.
Experience & Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in a technical or systemsfocused role.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and optimize digital tools for business needs.

- Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
